** When will my order ship?

     All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. All order ship from Brownsville, Texas.

** Will I get a tracking number?

     Of course! Each order will come with a tracking number, sent out via email once your order has shipped. 

** Return Policy?

     Unfortunately, because of the small nature of our business, we currently DO NOT offer returns/ exchanges. Please read our size guide before purchasing or contact us with any questions. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your order, please email us to hello@jenzeanodesigns, if there is anything wrong with your order. 

** Do you offer international shipping? 

     Yes! International orders may take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months to arrive. Jen Zeano Designs is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. 

** Are your tees ethically made? 

     Absolutely! Our shirts are manufactured by Bella + Canvas and have gone through extensive application process to be WRAP Certified. 

** Do you offer wholesale?

     Yes! For any questions about wholesaling, please contact Jen at hello@jenzeanodesigns. We are so excited to work with you!

** How do I know what size to order? 

     Please keep in mind that most of our tees are unisex and are meant to be worn a little loose. Jen is wearing a size small in all photos. More details in our size guide tab. 

** How can we contact you?

    Send us an email to hello@jenzeanodesigns.com and will gladly get back to you within 1-2 business days. 

 

**Can we return items we bought on sale? 

    Once items go on sale they sell fairly quickly and it’s usually on items that will not be restocked, because of this we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items. 

 

** Tracking says my order was delivered, but it's not here! What do I do? 

Email us at hello@jenzeanodesigns.com and we'll do our best to find your package! We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. Jen Zeano Designs will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. Jen Zeano Designs is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.  

** Is this a secured website? Is my info safe? 

Yep! We're hosted on Shopify, which is a secure e-commerce platform. Your information is safe. 

** Free shipping codes will only apply to orders in the USA and orders will be sent USPS 2-3 business days. Free shipping discount does not include Express Mail.
